Imagining a New India with ‘Human welfare counsellors’ Every street has a ‘Human Welfare Counsellor’ and the role of this person is to counsel people and do mind healing, because most of the cause of diseases of tomorrow is going to be because of an unhealthy or stressful mind. If a couple has a problem in their marriage, they visited the counsellor and saved their marriage; if a student feared the exam, the counsellor helped the student to get out of that fear.
