Immigration Talking Points for Mexican Consul General Meeting July 17, 2014 by Sam Herrera Jr. – Native Texan/Private US Citizen/US Navy Veteran 1. Why are you allowing foreign nationals from various countries in Central America, such as Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador safe passage through your country into the USA? a. How can you justify this action? b. What measures are being taken, if any, to prevent the atrocities, including rape, torture death and general disregard for human dignity by the cartels and various bandits/coyotes? c. What responsibility does the Mexican Government and its people bear? d. Is there an arrangement with the US government to allow this action? 2. What about Foreign Nationals from abroad tending to come through Mexico more than Canada, why is that? a. What makes Mexico so unique to that process, that migrants from all part s of the world use Mexico as a Gateway into the USA? b. What numbers of arrest are made of these type individuals in Mexico? c. How are they apprehended? What rights do they have? d. What is the result of these arrests? Any idea how many are in Mexican jails today? e. Are they deported to their home country? If so, who pays for that cost? 3. Why has Mexico not secured its border? 4. As bordering countries, don’t we have an obligation to protect each other as neighbors do? 5. Why is US Marine Andrew Tamoresee, still in a Mexican jail? a. We want him released immediately to the US State Department or ME. 6. Border incursions into the US by rouge elements of the Cartel or Federales, attacking our Border patrol agents in vehicles, in TEXAS, New Mexico, Arizona and California, Why is this happening? a. What are the repercussions to those that do it? Whose directing this? 7. What ideas do you have for our border Security? 8. What ideas do you have for this rampant immigration? and how to stop it? 9. Is the Mexican Government willing to share in the cost to do it (Secure Border) and send the signal to ALL immigrants that this cannot continue and avoid this problem in the first place? 10. What can US citizens expect from the Mexican Gov’t in return for the vast monies we provide to Mexico and its citizens living here in this country without legal standing who send large cash injections into your economy?
