Important Info: Just had some idiot on the phone telling me my computer was causing all sort of issues and that he needed to connect to resolve it. Supposedly my Windows machine was causing all sorts of problems which is quite interesting seeing as though I was running on a Linux desktop. The pillock said he was from (wwwi-techguys com) and I needed to let him connect to fix it - year right. Anyway, I wasted his time for a few minutes playing dumb and not doing what he said until the point when I told the useless f*****g ***t to go and get a job and stop trying to rob people. Didnt know the Indian translation, but think he got the point., Anyway, if someone does phone you saying this sort of crap, dont do it. There is NO such ability for companies to detect your system has viruses or causing issues whatsoever. These people are prying on those less aware in the hope they can connect up and get access to your PC at which point they will probably install software that will monitor your keyboard for your password so they can hack your online bank accounts. If this has happened to you and you fell for it then you probably better have your computer checked out by someone. If not and you get the call then the expletives wont stop them from doing it to someone else, but itll make you definitely feel better - dont hold back on your use of them as these people are nothing more than thieving scum-bags who should be strung up by their testicles. Please share this on so that other people become aware of it and perhaps stop someone you know being robbed blind. And breathe....
