*Important Notice - Summer Internship Registration * This is to bring to your kind notice that CRC has started inviting companies for the summer internship. *Before you start applying for summer internship companies pls. go through the CRC Rules and Guidelines carefully.* Students willing to do their internship from the college are required to fill the Summer Internship Registration Form latest by 28th March 2014. Internship Registration form is attached herewith. *Pls NOTE: Students not submitting the form by 28th March will not be considered for the internship from the college. * *Summer Internship Rules /Guideline * - CRC assists the students in getting Summer Internship. However, students are also encouraged to network with the corporate world to search for their own Internship at individual level. - *For the purpose, CRC will issue introductory letters to be submitted to the organizations, as and when required, on receipt of certain information from the student.* - Students who are trying their internship on their own are required to submit the Internship confirmation letter either hard copy or soft copy by email to the CRC on or before April 20th , 2014 and till April 20th, 2014 such students are also allowed to choose to participate in the processes happening in the campus, arranged by the CRC. - *After 20th April 2014, students will have to mandatorily participate in the processes happening in the campus wherever they are eligible. And subsequently, they will have to join the organization, if selected. * - In case, a student is participating in multiple processes, through CRC and / or by his/her own efforts, s/he is liable to take up the internship *wherever the result comes first from*. - *Student getting internship confirmation by their own efforts, should submit the copy of confirmation letter to CRC immediately to avoid any further participation in the processes happening in the campus. * - By and large, the institute will not allow students to undertake internship at their home town (except NCR). However, CRC will allow such type of internship on a case to case basis, wherever deemed fit, depending upon the nature of project / organization and other relevant information. - *Students applying for Summer Internship companies from the college will have to mandatorily appear for the selection process. Any student found absent without any prior information will be debarred for the rest of the summer internship placement. * - *Pls. note students once selected for the internship cannot withdraw from the same. Any student found doing internship project in a different company, without a written approval from the CRC, the same will not be accepted and the project will be scrapped. * - Summer Internship will start from 1st Week of June, 2014 and as per the PGDBM course Curriculum, students need to do the internship for at least 8 -10 weeks. - *Those students, who desire to avail Summer Internship assistance from the campus, will have to sign an undertaking ASAP by 28th March 2014. The form is attached herewith. * *Important Note:* In general, any academic backlog including that in SIP will entail students non- eligible for participation in Final Placement process happening in the campus. All the students, who get a PPO from their respective organization, will be rewarded by the institute for their special achievement. Summer Training should be taken with extreme seriousness by all the students. This not only helps students on their exposure towards organizational happenings, but also, its significant to note that a fresher is mostly questioned from their Summer Training during Final Placement Processes.
