* Important Notice * Hello everyone. Its Emma here. After much contemplation I have decided to stop Wednesday morning Preston Fitclub. Its not with a light heart I do this. But as most of you know all of us who run fitclubs do so for free in our own time. I have alot of other commitments right now and had to decide where to focus my concentration. I would like to thank everyone who came along to my fitclub. It was amazing in the summer. But I have very few numbers now. Fitclub has changed my life in ways you will never know. I have met some amazing people on this journey, I have had the opportunity to inspire others to love themselves and to get fit. I have inturn been inspired by some amazing ladies ... and made some great friends. Bikini bracing was immense and keep your eyes open for bikini bracing 2015. Thankyou once again for all your support. Dont forget we still have some insane fitclubs around the bay with some cracking people. In the classic words from Lock Stock Its Been Emotional ♡
