**Important Notice** It is not often I complain about anything but I am seeing and hearing about more and more people who are bypassing the normal application method of clicking on the apply online button on our job descriptions and calling employers directly. Please do not do this, employers pay us to advertise the jobs on our job board and we ask people to use the apply online button so we can see how many people apply for their vacancies. We have to measure how well our advertising is doing so we know whos jobs to promote and when. Each hiring manager wants to see a cv in the first instance, they do not want to be bombarded with phone calls. If you do not have a cv please get one done, each job is on our job board for 35 days so it gives you ample time to get one done and apply. If you do not have a cv then ask the job centre, your recruitment consultant or a friend to help you do one if you do not know how to do them. Sorry to have to complain about this, we really appreciate all of your support but please take note because if more people do this then we have no proof you have applied for the vacancies and companies will stop using us.
