*Important Raskol Apparel update* We have worked over the last 8 months to deliver the best clothing, at great value, in a timely manner. The big focus over the last several months has been reducing the time it takes to ship an item. It takes too long. As you know, we normally pre-sale items as a way of utilizing just-in-time-inventory, it helps reduce costs and storage of excess products. We have over 40 designs (and more coming), keeping all shirts in stock would be $15000-$20000 of inventory! However, in about 2-3 weeks we will be reducing the downtime immensely from when you order a product to when you receive it (the new Alpha tanks will actually ship BEFORE the listed ship date!). We are implementing an entirely new system to reduce wait times by over 75% (Pre-sales will only be 1-2 weeks instead of 4+). Items in stock will ship within a week as opposed to one-three. Shipping will be MUCH faster. In addition we are adding real customer service into our system. We outsourced it initially and quite frankly, they did a horrible job. More hassle than help (and it costs us money). Until the new inhouse system is implemented in early March, both myself and LaMar will be handling customer service, for shirts that are missing etc. Lastly, I need to talk about customer service. I want all customers happy. I want to talk about the Final Form stringers. To keep a long story short, the manufacturer of the Final Form stringers are the same individuals that were set to make our (discontinued) Brady Brosef bottle. The only three items produced outside of my partner LaMar`s shop have been the Final Form stringers, Brady bottles and Ascendant Pants (and guess which items are late). We had requested all bottles to be BPA free, the manufacturers agreed and yet the final product (which was never shipped), was NOT BPA free (it did not have the official sticker). Disputing this issue has caused the manufacturer...to be difficult about the stringers. All 100 were set to ship well before the Jan. 1st ship date. However at this time, 35 of the stringers STILL need to be shipped. This is over a 4 week delay. This is unacceptable. We lost money on the bottles and are now trying to get the stringers to you guys as soon as possible. Truly I apologize for this. To anyone who has not received theirs, you have two options. 1. Cancel the order and get a full refund, we can always do this immediately, no questions asked. Do not hesitate if you are unsatisfied. 2. Receive a discount. Full disclosure, on the Final Form stringers, we make $6 per shirt. If you choose to wait another week (approx. it is up to the manufacturer), we need to give you the $6 discount, in other words 100% of our profits. Just contact us with the order number sales@ raskolapparel Also, we have refunded most people who have bought the Brady Bottles, if you have not received your refund please message us (we refund you full and add $2 for the inconvenience, so you make $2 for just ordering). Currently about 99% of shipments workout FLAWLESSLY, this year we intend to get it to 100%. The 1% that have issues are due largely to address errors (you entered the address incorrectly), so the items get returned to us etc. We want ALL customers happy, if you have a problem with your order (item missing, need help etc), do not hesitate to e-mail sales@raskolapparel. We will see about offering a discount, tracking the product, including extra merchandise etc to make sure you have the best possible experience. Right now its just LaMar and I, so if we fail to get back to you, you can totally pester us haha. We have been overwhelmed by the support and level of appreciation from everyone. We are CONSTANTLY working to make everything better, make the experience as flawless as possible. Truly, I thank all of you for the support and I look forward to the future with new designs, strong customer service and much faster shipping. 2014 is the year for the brand to ascend.
