Shabnam Assadollahi Human Rights Activist, Canada ----------------------------------------- هشدار، قصد دارند سه شنبه هفته آينده ريحانه را اعدام کنند! امروز در صفحه فيسبوکي شعله پاکروان مادر ريحانه اين متن به قلم بهاره رهنما منتشر شده است: فقط چیزی نزدیک به پنج‌روز تا اجرای حکم قصاص «ریحانه جباری» باقی است. تا سه‌شنبه آینده، چوبه‌دار مهیا می‌شود برای قصاص جوان 26ساله‌ای که در 19سالگی مرتکب قتل عمد شده. رایزنی‌ها و تلاش‌های ورزشکاران، پیشکسوتان هنر، استادجمشید مشایخی، رضا کیانیان، رخشان بنی‌اعتماد، بهزاد فراهانی، رویا تیموریان و بسیار نام‌های بزرگ دیگر بی‌فایده بود.... اين يک زنگ خطر است! کمپين بين المللي نجات ريحانه که تا کنون موفق به جمع آوري ۱۱٣ هزار امضا عليه اين حکم شده، کمپيني که صداي اعتراض اين هزاران نفر را به گوش مقامات اتحاديه اروپا ، احمد شهيد و بان کي مون رسانده، کمپيني که با برگزاري چندين ميتينگ در کانادا و امريکا و اروپا ، به ياري ريحانه شتافته، فراخوان يک حرکت متحدانه در ايران و در خارج کشور براي نجات ريحانه را ميدهد! روز شنبه اين هفته ۱۲ آوريل در همه جا در سراسر جهان روز جلوگيري از اجراي حکم اعدام ريحانه اعلام ميشود. با با تجمع در مقابل پارلمانها در کشورهاي مختلف، تجمع در مراکز شهرها، با در دست داشتن عکس ريحانه، با تجمع در مقابل سفارتخانه هاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران اعلام خواهيم کرد نميگذاريم ريحانه را بکشيد! اين قتل بيشرمانه يک جوان است که در دفاع از خود، متهم به قتل است و اين اتهام هنوز اثبات هم نشده است. ما نبايد اجازه دهيم به اين راحتي ريحانه را بکشند. نه ما اجازه نخواهيم داد. ما، همه ما موظفيم هر جا که هستيم يک کاري عليه اين جنايت انجام دهيم. بپا خيزيم و متحدانه يکبار براي هميشه بگوييم نه به اعدام! از دانشجويان و دوستان ريحانه در ايران دعوت ميکنيم که در ايران شب همبستگي با ريحانه سازمان داده، تجمع کرده و با ببکار بردن ابتکارات مختلف نشان دهند که نميگذارند به اين راحتي ريحانه را قرباني کنند. از هنرمندان در ايران و در سراسرجهان دعوت ميکنيم يکپارچه به اين حکم ظالمانه اعتراض کنند! ما وقت زيادي نداريم هر روزبايد به هر طريق ممکن اعتراض کرد. حکومت اسلامي ايران ريحانه را ميخواهد قرباني کند، تا از جوانان زهر چشم بگيرد تا در مقابل جنبشي گسترده و ميليوني عليه اعدام ريحانه، از جنايت سازمان يافته دولتي دفاع کند. هر نوع اميد و دخيل بستن به خانواده مقتول، هر نوع دعوت از مردم براي سکوت و دعا کردن، بردن ريحانه به پاي چوبه دار است. اينرا همين هفته همه ما تجربه کرديم. عامل و آمر قتل ريحانه حکومت اسلامي و شخص آملي لاريجاني و دستگاه قضايي اين حکومت است . بايد متحدانه و وسيع و قدرتمند به خيابان برويم. خيابان بايد جواب اين جانيان را بدهد. اين تنها راه است! اعتراض کنيم ومجبورشان کنيم حکم را لغوکنند تنها راه نجات ريحانه جمع شدن و اعتراض کردن و اعمال فشار به حکومت اسلامي است. کمپين نجات ريحانه جباري April 10, 2014 Campaign to save Rayhaneh Jabbari from execution Week of unity to save Reyhaneh Jabbari Rayhaneh Jabbari is a 26 six year old woman who was convicted of murdering a man named Morteza in Iran who has been in prison for the last 7 years and is awaiting imminent execution[ by hanging]. Rayhaneh, an interior designer, was speaking on the phone about her work in a coffee shop, a conversation which was coincidentally overheard by Morteza who approached her for professional advice about renovating his office. They then set a date to meet at his office in order to see and discuss Morteza’s renovation project. On the day of the meeting, Morteza picked up Rayhaneh in his car. On the way to his office, Morteza stopped at a pharmacy, purchased an item (while Rayhaneh waited in the car), got into the car again and drove to his office. After arriving at their destination, Rayhaneh realized that the place did not look like a work place at all as it was a rundown house. Inside the house, Rayhaneh saw two drinks on the table, Morteza went inside and quickly locked the door from inside, put his arms around Rayhaneh’s waist and told her that “she had no way of escaping”. A struggle soon ensued. Rayhaneh trying to defend herself stabbed Morteza in the shoulder and escaped. Morteza died from bleeding. Lab analysis showed the drinks Morteza intended to serve to Rayhaneh contained sedatives. Regardless, Rayhaneh was arrested. There she was told by the authorities that the murder had been set up [by them] and was “politically motivated”. Nevertheless, Rayhaneh was tortured until she confessed to the murder, after she was given the death penalty which was upheld by the Supreme Court. As a result she is to be executed at any moment. The Campaign to Save Rayhaneh, asks that all individuals and organizations help support us in any way possible to save Rayhaneh.
