#Important #announcement for #GTU #finalyear students GIC setting both online systems and offline process to track progress and genuine work of each IDP/UDP from this year What we will kick start in phase-1 1. Whole process is simple in design. Each student will register through their enrollment number in first phase. He will also enter in college detail,department detail, team detail. This will be launched on 25th July. They will be able to access this till 5th August; where student will give general detail and their group detail. Students failing in do so will not be entertained further. 2. Second phase of registration; students will give all details of project( Project Title, Abstract part), industry detail(if any) ,guide detail . this will be launched on 5th august. They will be able to access this till 15th august. As soon as this registration is over , whole page will be shown in pdf. Students need to take print and submit at there college. withot this they will loose internal marks .Registration confirmation mail will be forwarded to whole team. Out of whole team, one student will be point of contact to whom we will send security code and their team number. 3. Student who has already registered can start writing updates on his/her individual project page. Every night trigger will automatically start from our end to calculate how many projects are updated. at end of 15 days, it will generate a report and send email to respective guide about status of project which are untouched by students. In case of lack of sincerity specific instruction will be sent to guide/HOD/Principal to take necessary action for the IDP/UDP team. 4. Master Admin will be able to give roles to mentors (Faculty) who will randomly monitor projects and supervise round the year. This assignment will be done from our end to reduce scope of bias. nearly 15 teachers from outside will comment on each IDP/UDP. 5. Each project title will be shown publicly. Student, guide and mentor can comment on updates. We wish to develop collaboration and open innovation model.Students from different institutes and faculties can work together. 6) All past year IDPs/UDPS will be on this web and no plagiarism will be allowed at all. 7) All internal/mid review feedback forms will be made attached along with monthly report so that good work can be appreciated and freeriding teams will be taken under strict observation. The whole process will start with back end external exams with proper monitoring in august 3rd week. For review system , we will create a check points as 6 phase of project cycle.
