Important news if you are thinking of buying real estate in Mexico. I hope this cuts down on buyers who do not live in Mexico, who rent their condos out as if it were a mini-hotel, while paying no local, state, Mexico federal, or Mexico Social Security taxes, while taking the money they get out of our community, and getting subsidized residential utility rates while they are actually operating a small business and evading their taxes.
