In 1 season, before cork had even considered contending for the league, they managed to improve their attendances massively. This happened in 1 year. I think this league needs a serious reform in every aspect and I think that if all the clubs got together or even did it individually and worked out a sustainable Buisness model a good plan for the future and ways to bring more people through the gates the league could be twice what it is now in as little at 7-10 years. Making deals on ticket prices wont get people through the gates, advertising and good football will. I know this is obvious stuff and youve probably thought of stuff similar a million times but I really feel this needs to happen if cork can improve so much by way of fans and football in 1 year then why cant the rest of the league improve more over a longer period? - Etho/SRFC
