In 2008. Rinpochea hired a Teacher once a week for 2 days teaching in the school for the children. The single teacher was hired from the one day walk from village. Teacher teach for two days and children get modern education twice a week. In these context, Rinpoche has been supporting school in his own region through the own expenses to the teacher. It was a quite interesting story that happened on the same year. The teacher of saldang village met French man when he visited the saldang and requested her to visit komang Village. He was really touched by her direct conversation and the reality of the life in Komang. He was fully supportive French man kristol where he decided Rinpoche and Board members With the promise of Komang package to support three teachers salaries and one cook. He promised 1000,000 Nepali Rs to help school Building. He supported the school with the promise for years without any failure. After supporting for 2 years long, he paid the salaries for 2 teachers and could not support further for the one teacher and cook. It was a sad story for the school and blind day for the students when she was expired on this same year supporting for three years. At his own expenses, Rinpochea hires a single teacher to teach two days per week , until receving source donor support that allowed for the full time employment of two teachers, sadly school need new sponsor in order to remain open. The days from 2009: Nepali government will award partial grant of budget for three times in a life. The first budget was granted with 40,000. The second budget was granted by District Education office to construct 2 class rooms. The construction of new school building started with the amount of 5,50,000 from Government. The school of Himalayan Dhalarong has been established with the new construction of school building In 2011, The government of Nepal supported with the additional as well the ending budget through out the life but for the 2 rooms in additional. The un complete construction of school were started with the amount of 700,000 Nepali. The Nepali government budget ends here but the Rinpoche with the other peoples of the region worked very hardly and the room was in nine with the hard working of region. Government granted room was four in total but completed in nine rooms. Given a small government grant to construct four rooms, Rinpoche made optimal use of his budget to realize a nine rooms for children school. With considerable labour input from the local community, building materials were purchased and transported from the nearest available location, 4 days walk from the village. Although stones and mud are readily available, a lack of trees and the expenses Of importing wood has hampered to complete inner structure, upper dolpo is completely devoid of trees. Timber must be carrie on yaks for 4 to 5 days.
