In 2012 we established a partnership with Kindermusik®, the world’s leading provider of early childhood music-and-movement programs and introduced the Music & More Program. The Music & More curriculum employs music as a way to teach important language, listening, and social skills. Music & More lessons build on the young child’s natural love of music, stories, movement, and pretend play; and, integrates seamlessly with our Life Essentials® Curriculum. Age-appropriate activities are designed to develop and strengthen each student’s early literacy skills, fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional skills, and early math skills through theme related songs, poems, and stories, and through movement, singing, dancing, and instrument play. Families enrolled at Kiddie Academy have exclusive access to a Digital Family Guide that’s packed with classroom companion resources, hosted on a safe and password protected portal. Each month, families can download songs and stories for their personal family library as well as the monthly family magazine with stories, activities, and developmental information.
