*** NEW UPDATE *** A latest update from Cindi Hennes on Dave Hoppe ...... please read, please continue prayers for our page member and my buddy Dave.... from Cindi minutes ago...... I just got off the phone with Daves oncologist. Dr Connelly and the entire tumor board agree that they need a tissue sample in order to move forward with his treatment. So, the MRIs have been cancelled and we will see the surgeon to discuss and schedule the surgery, likely the week of October 6th. They cannot do it sooner because of the Avastin treatment he had on September 6th. (Avastin thins the blood so they have to wait until it is cleared from his system.) The expect that Dave will in the hospital for 3 to 5 days and then there may be therapy needed after. They will not know until after the surgery. Will update again when we know the date of surgery. Thank you all so much for your kind words of support and prayers. We both need you all of your support to hold us up though these difficult times. Thanks again
