In 2012 we ran a successful competition for staff and patients to draw a design for the Cardiff and Vale Health Charity Christmas cards. The competition was a great success and we sold out of your wonderful designs. It may seem early…but the 2015 design competition is now upon us! We are looking for 4 different designs to use on our 2015 Charity Christmas cards. Your entry can be a photograph, a drawing, a cartoon, a kid’s picture – we are open to all ideas. HOW TO ENTER: Send your design in to us by email or in the post. Please ensure you give us your name and address with your entry. By email: You can supply your entry to us as a PDF, JPEG, Tiff, EPS – needs to be 300dpi at the size of the card to [email protected] By Post: Cardiff and Vale Health Charity, 6th Floor, Brecknock House, University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, CF14 4X. If your design is picked by the judging panel for our Christmas card collection we will send you an image of your entry framed, a pack of your cards and a thank you letter. Competition Rules: 1. Entries to this competition will be accepted via by email and post. 2. The prize for each winner consists of a framed print of the card and a pack of cards. There is no cash alternative. The prize winner agrees to post-promotion publicity and will do so in writing at time of notification of prize. 3. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. 4. Entries to the competition will be accepted from entrants of any age. However if the prize winner is aged under 16 years on the closing date, the written permission of their parents or guardian will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize and agreement to post-promotion publicity. 5. Prize can only be sent to a valid UK mainland address unless otherwise stated. 6. Judging will be undertaken by the Charitable Funds Committee, scheduled meeting in March 2015. 7. The winner will be contacted via email or post. The winners name will be displayed on our website and social media sites and on the cards when printed. 8. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. The competition will run until 5.00pm on 28th February 2015. 10. Cardiff and Vale Health Charity is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party. 11. Proceeds from the sale of these cards can support individual departments or the charity in general.
