In 4 years of hostimg, promoting, booking shows etc... Easily.over 350 shows, I have only had 4 fights go down. Total. I had my show cancelled after the knit shut down because someone got shot outside of a DJ show, the week before. They say there is too much violence in hip hop, in my opinion, there is violence in every genre, even country. Its not the music, its the ignorance of the person that feels the need to handle shit with a gun. My heart goes out to the family.of. The Man that lost his life, and also to the staff of the hop. Life is too short, again. Still. Some more. Violence is not the answer. Increase the Peace.
