In 7 years, there have not been held, elections to Local Government Councils in Adamawa State. But you can not hang on this cliff. You will fall off. The Executive and the Legislative arms conspired and traded the sole Administratorships for survival and castrated opposition parties could not muster enforcement of this Constitutional dereliction. This enabled the Government boisterously feed on Local Government statutory allocations with the Legislature looking the other way, satisfied by crumbs. Something had to give. Something gave.
