In January 2005, i began a full time home care SLP position @ visiting nurse service of ny...today Ive turned Im my tablet and begun a new chapter...I am honored to have worked with many talented therapists, co workers, and patients/families...I am proud & thankful to Have had the experience to train many fabulous students from Brooklyn college during this time . This experience was invaluable. (I know we have many memorable experiences!)..unique/special for sure!!! I began home care with directions from a book..than navigation from mapquest...to my iphone!!!! And a big thank u to all those who gave me directions when I was lost somewhere in Brooklyn prior to the iPhone!!!!!!...(u know who u r!) ... change is good..thats how we continue to grow!!! Welcome DOE!!!!......:)..after living out of my caR for almost a decade...I am happy to have a chair & table to eat lunch again! And looking forward to going little kiddos with their communication needs.:-)
