In Rahelios words .... People are always asking what the vortex phenomenon is all about. The vortex is the spiral motion in the natural order of things. From the galaxy, the solar system, the atom and the chakras in our bodies we see that the spiral is in motion. As above so below... This video shows an animation of the solar system, and our spiraling through space as we travel around the sun. These movements of the planets and sun acts as a cosmic clock showing us what time it is as expressed through the practice of astrology. The motions of the planets when making certain angular relationships to each other create conditions of ease or difficulty that play out for us on the earth. Think of this turning wheel that our solar system is making as the workings of an astrological medicine wheel. When the planets form relationships at 90 degree angles such as occupying the 4 directions of a square formation, they create dynamic and challenging influences for us to meet. When the planets are making positions that form the triangular relations, think of the sides of a pyramid, or 6 pointed snowflake, they create conditions for ease, understanding and well- being. The motions in the greater are dancing out within us who are representative of this as our bodies embody these influences and our psyches map out the myths of the cosmos and the dramas of the gods and goddesses... rahelio
