In Revelation 4: 4-7, John gives us a detailed picture of the throne room of God. When we pray, this is where we direct our mind—when we pray to our Father who art in heaven. When I come before the Father, I picture myself standing in the midst of that sea of glass mingled with flaming fire, talking to the Father with the emerald rainbow, the sardius and jasper stone colors coming out. I see twelve elders on one side, twelve on the other, not that it is that way. That is just how I picture it. Seven lamps burning before Him, and I come and say, “Father, would You bless this food we are about to partake right now and bless this meal and this fellowship time.” That is where you are praying when you say, “Lord, bless this meal.” You are seated in heavenly places. You are on that sea of glass before that throne when you worship, when you pray, when you bless somebody, when you lay hands on them and say, “Lord bless them.” That is the scene where you are speaking.
