In Saudi Arabia, all religions other than Islam are banned and there are no churches, although a small minority of Christians are theoretically allowed to practice their religion in the privacy of their own home... most have to do it secretly. Possession of a Bible in Saudi Arabia is a criminal offense. Those caught with one could be whipped and jailed. Saudi Arabia is also one of the nations along with Iran (where they hang gay people from cranes), that the United Nations has made a part of the leadership of their Human Rights committee...
