In Somalia there are ppl who call themselves gatekeepers. They make it so that humanitarians are able to deliver aid to displaced ppl, but for a FEE. These ppl buy displaced Somali refugees and set up camps for them in order to get paid for delivering aid to them. WHY IS THIS CONTINUING TO HAPPEN? On another note, USDA says beef costs are at an all time high. They say theres a shortage of beef in America and are thinking about importing beef from Brazil, who has been known to have bad outbreaks of hoof and mouth. If an outbreak got here cattle ranchers say it would shut the AG economy down. DOOOOOO IIIIIIIIIT! Listening to NPR is kinda cool..
