In The third world countries; country with low growth rate and less infrastructures (road, hospitals etc) to have your passport done quickly you will need to add an extra money.That extra money goes straight in the pocket of the passport officer.In the Usa when you want your passport done quickly you will need to add an extra money.That extra money goes straight to the sovereign (government).In many cases we have been taking advantage of just like the way we are forced to use fiat money as a legal tender.Some just do it the right way some the wrong away.Africa there is many ways you can increase your revenues.Shame on us we who spend our time with a suitcase full of goverment bonds looking for takers because we are unproductive.
