In Uganda - Faith to action network supported by DSW has just concluded training on advocacy and resource mobilization for health professionals, media, CSO, faith & religious leaders on SRHR. This attracted participants from Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, UK, US and Uganda. This was to prepare us to advocate individually or collectively for policies & practices that promote family health and well-being in our communities and countries. Bottom line is how do we speak the same language to save lives? Unfortunately most health centers don’t seem to have youth friendly services which keep them away and they die waiting for them… each one of us can do something to save lives.
