In a few short hours the new Miss Massachusetts MAO will be crowned! This is an exciting time and I wish all the young women on that stage the best of luck in their quest, however there are two I need to single out. Michelle Nigro has been an amazing Miss Cambridge. She has the ability to light up any stage or room shes in. I am so lucky to get to work with her as a Board Member of the MBSO, and even luckier to have her as a friend. As most of you know, I am not a religious man, or one that puts too much stock in fate, but now and then I do think destiny comes into play and nothing could prove that to me more than Meagan Fuller and I being paired together for this year. Every passing day she impresses me more and more. The work and preparation for this pageant rarely felt like work because we had so much. We both wanted to be Wonder Woman growing up (sorry mom), we both wanted to be Miss America (again sorry Charlene), and we both have gorgeous eyebrows (thank you mom and Lisa for those gifts). I couldnt have pictured this year with anyone else. I love you and Im so proud of you. To everyone on the Miss Boston Team Dustin Todd Rennells, Dana Rosengard, Geoff Hall, Christine R. Morse, Andrew Leeson, Stephanie Janes Amy Breckenridge thank you for all your support and teamwork. We all play a vital role in our organization and I would not be prouder to work with a better team. Lastly to the person who has become my best friend, my soul mate, wife (dont get too excited mother), and my rocky] Monique Jones Taylor. Without you I wouldnt be able to function. I love you to the moon and back and I cant wait for us to continue our reign of terror like Thelma and Louise. A little party never hurt no body cuz its a new dawn, a new day, and IM FEELING GOOOOODD!!!!!
