In a moment of crisis are you fit enough to save your loved ones? Dont be fooled into thinking fitness and strength is all about abs and biceps. When its really comes down to it, I train myself and my clients to not only look better but to perform better. After all.... It is only survival of the fittest. _________ Try a firemans carry for a great conditioning excersise which also strengthens the core and low back. Try 5-10 sets of 50 yards there and back as quick as possible while maintaining a tight core. 45 sec rest and repeat. Be sure to switch shoulders or evenly dispense weight across the neck and traps (like a barbell). Trainee @boss_luc
