In a newly concluded meeting of the Seco Island Development Council (SIDC), it was unanimously approved to impose the following guidelines and fees to the island: No tourist is allowed to enter and dock in Seco Island without following the following procedures: 1. Registration and filling up of necessary informations in the Municipal Hall (MAO) during Weekdays and at Tibiao Police Station during Weekends. 2. Signing of Waiver 3. Payment of the Following Fees: Enviromental Fee - 50.00/pax Users Fee - 100.00 (snorkeling or swimming only) / 500.00 (Kite Boarding) Docking Fee - 50.00 (Boat under 2 GT and below carrying 5 Tourists and below) - 500.00 (Boat from 1 GT and above carrying more than 5 Tourists or more. Note: Fisherfolks of Tibiao is exempted from any fees and a discount of 50% is given to all bonafide residents of Tibiao.
