In a previous post, it came up that this community is not being open and accepting to Newbies. This is not the first time I have heard this. Two points occur to me to move the discussion forward; 1) would anyone care to share the difficulties they have had attempting to gain entry into the local Pagan community, 2) does anyone have ideas of what we could do to make more inviting entry points to the local community? I do wish to acknowledge that all of this is complicated by the assorted levels of social awkwardness inherent within many of us.
