In a relationship stop trying to get the other person to be just like you. I think two people in a relationship that are exactly the same are unnecessary. Many people self righteously project their values and what they think is right onto other people and expect other people to live according to what they project, instead of honouring them for their unique set of values. The only thing we can ever expect a human being to do is to live according to their own values.
