In all likelihood, the lady visits with her neighbor all the time, and just comes in frequently. Out in rural areas the practice is probably still somewhat common among good neighbors. What was the purpose of her visit? Was she planning on stealing from her neighbors? Have they had incidents in the past? The purpose of the criminal charges was probably to protect the owners of the dogs from a lawsuit, and thats all well and good. But, one of these days those dogs will attack some kid or older person walking down the street and then all will not be so well. Another poorly written store by one of Americas Great Newspapers.
