In an attempt to gain acceptance, creationism has tweaked itself into creation science. This is as valid as my wishing to be accepted as a zebra, and painting stripes on myself. A skunk cabbage by any other name still stinks. Science is not a viewpoint, to which there may be alternatives. Its a method, well tested over millennia. Its also not a democracy. Rather, its purely survival of the fittest. Hypotheses arise, are rigorously tested (if done right), and either pass or fail. Thats why putting creation and science next to each other is an oxymoron at best, fraud at worst. Now, if someone wanted to teach a class on Wackaloon Delusions Over the Ages itd fit nicely. -Richard Pini, quoted with permission.
