In any form of relationship conflicts are inevitable. Conflict if handled correctly can be a tunnel to intimacy (Rick Warren) Some walk away from conflict they say not to infused it, conflict is left unresolved, the relationship suffers, friendship ends. Others find ways to resolve the conflict, they value the realtionship and at times willing to yield and compromise for the relationship - the person loses. But how long can a person is willing to yield and compromise their values and opinion? The best way to resolve the conflict is to find resolution that both parties will agree on the outcome. Yes it may involve yielding and compromise but not to the expense of one person, it is mutual, if we can do this then our relationsships will be stronger and deeper and REAL.
