In as much as a State Governor must not decide as a sole proprietor who will succeed him in the state, it will be great for anyone intending to succeed the present Governor to share a common aspiration as leadership is a continuous process. The state will benefit more if by May 29, 2015, we do not witness only a handover from the present Governor to the next Governor but also a sincere heartover of position. A heartistic connection between the outgoing and the incoming is needed. Anyone hoping to inherit from the present leadership should contribute seriously in helping the present government to succeed. Only then can the new persons have the foundation to succeed.
