Oameni buni, de urgenta depuneti plangeri penale impotriva bunicii si parintilor pentru neglijenta grava. Parintii nu ar fi trebuit sa lase doi copii mici cu o bunica batrana si bolnava, iar bunica trebuia sa-i supravegheze cu atentie daca tot i-au fost lasati in grija si nu a fost in stare sa spuna ca nu mai poate sa aiba grija de ei. Cinci lucruri stim sigur in acest caz: 1. Cainii NU sunt maidanezi! Doar pentru ca sunt metisi si nu au pedigree, nu inseamna ca acei caini pot fi considerati maidanezi. 2. Terenul pe care a fost gasit Ionut este PROPRIETATE PRIVATA, iar acei caini, adoptati pe hartie sau nu erau “angajati” sa apere proprietatea. 3. Absolut nimeni nu poate fi invinuit ca o persoana intra pe o proprietate privata, fara acceptul proprietarului si are un accident, indiferent de natura sa. 4. Neglijenta grava este o infractiune, iar acel copil putea sa aiba un accident de alta natura. In Romania exista deja un precedent legat de lipsa de supraveghere a unei educatoare, din vina careia un copil patrunde pe o proprietate privata si este muscat de caine. Orice musamalizare a vinei bunicii sau parintilor si incercarea acuzarii unor persoane care nu au absolut nicio vina in acest caz, ridica un semn de intrebare asupra credibilitatii anchetei procurorului desemnat sa se ocupe de cazul Ionut. In acest caz, daca procuratura incrimineaza presupusi detinatori de caini, aceasta inseamna ca acei caini NU ERAU MAIDANEZI, insemnand ca vinovati sunt bunica si parintii care au neglijat copilul, lasandu-l sa intre pe un TEREN PRIVAT pazit de acei caini, iar cazul va fi demontat usor de catre orice persoana acuzata, iar parintii si bunica vor trebui pusi obligatoriu sub acuzatie si parintii decazuti din drepturile parintesti. Daca procuratura va sustine ca acei caini sunt maidanezi fara stapan, atunci primaria, in speta ASPA va fi acuzata ca a lasat acei caini liberi (desi ei tot pe teren privat sunt, deci si aici ei se pot apara simplu) si parintii si bunica tot vor fi acuzati de neglijenta grava pentru ca timp de mai bine de o ora au fost scapati din vedere acesti copii si orice accident se putea intampla. Oricum o dai, intr-o justitie corecta PARINTII SI BUNICA SUNT PRIMII VINOVATI DE MOARTEA LUI IONUT! In acest moment oricine se poate constitui parte civila pentru a depune plangere penala si apoi poate da in judecata familia pentru multe capete de acuzare, inclusiv minciuni legate de faptul ca maidanezi ar fi atacat copilul (desi parintii sustin ca se cauta detinatorii cainilor pentru a fi acuzati, ceea ce reprezinta o contradictie; ori sunt maidanezi, ori sunt caini cu stapan!), instigare publica, obstructionarea justitiei. Aceasta familie trebuie sa plateasca conform legii pentru dublul masacru initiat in Romania, cel al oamenilor, implicit al milioanelor de copii care asista zilnic la torturi inimaginabile si cel al animalelor abandonate de romani iresponsabili si MAI ALES PENTRU MOARTEA PROPRIULUI LOR COPIL! Cati copii trebuie sa mai moara pentru ca parintii sa fie responsabilizati fata de copiii lor si sa inteleaga ca un copil de 4 ani nu are voie sa bantuie singur la peste 1 km de persoana care ar fi trebuit sa-l supravegheze? Ne place sau nu, parintii neglijenti TREBUIE SA PLATEASCA inainte ca si Andrei sa le cada victima pentru ca evident nu sunt in stare sa aiba grija de copiii lor.
