In between sets is a good time to do some DYNAMIC stretching. This is a mobility mountain climber where you alternate the hip flexor stretch from one side to the other. Spend 2-3 seconds in the full stretch then come out of it and swap legs. This stretch helps releive tightness in the hip flexors, abductors, calves and achilles. Make sure you keep the tension out of your shoulders as you stretch.
