In case you were wondering why everyone is so charitable today, it is Giving Tuesday. Seems a little bizarre after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I prefer to focus on giving back whenever I can; not just on a designated day. Working at one non-profit and operating a second, I do understand the challenges of soliciting donations. Its seriously no fun to ask for cash, but please remember when you see all of those frustrating pleas for help, there are people behind those organizations who give of themselves on a daily basis. Whatever your passion or the cause you support, give thanks to those who were brave enough to make something out of nothing. Tonights Italian lesson is about philanthropy.
