The names they used is Julie Smith and Officer Shawn Parker! They asked my grandmother to settle now over the phone out of court. There phone number is 202-506-9983. When Google searching the number comes up as a scam! I just wanted to make people aware in case this is an area scam targeting elderly people being that they called my elderly grandmothers phone specifically & got mad when she handed it to me! I made a report with the police so they know what is going on as well
