In d year 2004, I was elected into office, fully involved in students unionism in The Polytechnic, Ibadan which was enmarked wit cultism so rampant. Afterwards, moved into partisan politics in my L/Govt, later hibernated. Yesterday, I was wooed into politics once again in my L/Govt; promising me some juicy gains cos of my influence as assumed by them. During my reminiscence, it disgusting to see our politicians in my L/Govt tellin us dey wud be our servant&afta winnin d election, dey assume rulership ova us. Who is foolin who. Its a pity av got no luck of those I do vote for, by not emerging winners; d likes of Pat Utomi for presidency; Otegbeye for governorship etc. Certain pertinent facts necessary for building a virile economy isnt inherent in those accorded winners, practicing Niccolo Machiavelli form of power attainment, who venture into politics fine-turning their bargaining prowess to tip d balance in their favour. God bless those of Laissez-faire mindset, who understand d scope of economy management. No thanks to d structural imbalance in our constitution which was imposed on us by d northern oligarchy cynically clinging to dominance Seriously thinking, do I av what it takes lik b4, wud I prefer to alwz be in d mud, wud I make any difference or beta still make silence&hibernation a golden answer.
