In each nd every organisation dr is a leader,bt if in any given case that leader isnt respected,there wnt be any smooth transition within an organisation,even in a group dr is a group leader,a class has a class teacher,i sumtyms dnt undastand hw a player can question da technical team?if u are a player u have to listen to ur coach,im nt sayin a coach shudnt listen to a player bt in most cases a coach is a dictator,i hv bin away frm da team for sumtym onli bcz im failing to work with sum of da players,to tel u da truth u nid shuffle guys,if its any bad brhaviour dt u guys maybe potrayed sumwhere,u jst nid to swallow ur pride nd pray coach to come bak,u gna mis a lot of things without shuffle,hate me or like me i dnt care bt u must kneel dwn nd apologise before our coach guys.......
