In honor of Foster Dog Friday, we are going to introduce you to TC. TC came to the PBC Puppy Hostel at 4-days old with his mom and sister. Mama Izzy was abandoned by her owners, teathered outside in the dead of winter. Neighbors were going over to feed and water her but they didnt realize she was about to give birth. She had her litter outside in the middle of winter. All of the pups died except TC and his sister. The entire family thrived at the PBC Puppy Hostel! Tom, known to not love dogs, was mesmerized the very moment he laid eyes on TC. The rest is history. We like to call that rescue dog charm :).
