In honor of a very Beloved - a Lifer Friend of ours, Mark and Beth - Dick Eberly was in a car accident and died Thursday. He loves His Lord and His wife and his family and us. He is one of those men who stand out as a real man of God who lived in such close relationship with God. Back in the day my wife had taught 1st and 2nd grade Sunday School class at FBC Atown. He had been a Deacon there etc. He and his wife orchestrated the Poinsettia Tree, and the Elegant Angel Christmas tree. He was one of those men in my life who saw the good in me to believe in me and that God could use even me and helped to bring that out in my life. We had remained close friends with him and his absolutely wonderful loving wife even as we moved here to Brisbin almost 19 years ago. He is a true honorable gentlemen and leaves a hole in my heart and in the hearts of many with now his new promotion to heaven with our Heavenly Father, and His Son, Jesus. Wow, What a man of God I could only dream of being like.
