His proficiency in content creation for both live action and animation spans over feature films, broadcasting, ad commercials, corporate documentaries and events thus bringing in versatility in creative operations across genres. In his present position as Director Creative Initiatives – Reliance Animation, he has played a pivotal role in creating the project pipeline for Reliance Animation. He has been a key contributor towards the content development of “Krishna Aur Kans” and has developed content for “Shaktimaan” and upcoming “Big Bees” Series. Dhrubo experience spans in script to screen process flow for both animation and live action film making. He has also written and associate directed the live action feature film “Story of the Red Hills” for renowned choreographer and Director RemoD’Souza. The film has already won several international awards and will be released soon. With his extensive experience in direction, creative initiatives of projects, project viability evaluation, project development, screenplay and script development, project presentations and pitch, advertising – concept, copy writing and visualization also brings in his expertise in media and PR communications, creative planning of L&M & promotional collaterals and branding. He is also on the Juries of New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards, World Skills India Graphic Designing Contest, Nagpur International Film Festival, BANFF World Media Awards, Canada, CNBC Golden Cursor Awards & FICCI BAF Awards.
