In less than 48 hours, Im going to be an uncle for the first time. I have to say, despite all the crap Ive given her over the last 23 years, the arguments, physical altercations, name calling, and the like, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that my little sister Brianna will make an excellent mother. In recent years, she has pointed out what a strong person Ive become in spite of whatever adversity has come my way. But its you, little sister, thats truly the strong one. I couldnt be prouder to be your bubby. Ezra, I just want to say that you are the luckiest kid ever for having my sister as a mom. I know that she, your daddy, Noni, and all of us aunts, uncles, and everyone else will do everything we can to make sure youre happy, healthy, and loved. Also, a great big shout out to my mom, who is taking this budding family into her home, proving that our family is the best kind of family.
