In lieu of a blog--and oh by the way Happy New Year!--Im oversharing here about this Blessed Herbs 9-day cleanse. And no, theyre not paying me. I even had to pay for the kit! It had been sitting on my shelf for months and moved down to LA from Oakland with me. Todays the day. Im simmering the recommended-but-not-required vegetable broth. This enterprise involved a most unpleasant close encounter with a misplaced vegetable brush. (Think stove and plastic handle.) This is part of a health and fitness kick. I was going to weigh myself today but the best deal on a scale was had on Amazon. So Ill wait on that. I will also be taking a before selfie and presumably an after one but you, gentle reader, will be spared exposure to those graphics. Ill be drinking lots of water and organic apple juice for the next little while, it seems.
