In life, when it seems like nothing makes sense, in the moment that you are asking a lot of questions that you will never have the answers to, the most important question is what or who is God asking YOU to be. Life sometimes takes a turn that seems inexplicable, but know this … God is there!! And even though you may not get the answer to those questions, we have the confidence that God sees all and He cares and He has an ultimate plan for us!! (Jeremiah 29:11) We have to be obedient and find God’s desires in our CHARACTER and not just our works. For when you strive to BE the person God wants you to be, you WILL DO the works He has called you to do! So God’s calling isn’t to DO something, but to BE something… be God’s hands … be God’s feet … be God’s voice … and most importantly … be His image!! His image to a “lost and hurting” world who are dying and headed for a hell that was not meant for mankind. It was meant for the devil and his angels. But those who REJECT God’s ways, God’s plan of SALVATION [which includes so much more than just being saved] will find themselves in the place where God did not intend them to be. A world who needs to know that there is hope in this world ... and You have the answer … it is JESUS CHRIST! So CHOOSE YOU THIS DAY not only who you are going to serve, but choose who and what God wants YOU to BE! And in so doing you will choose “what” you will be and “how” to be it!! And think about it, when you make God HAPPY … YOU will be happy, too!! And remember, when we put our “problems” in God’s Hands, He puts HIS “peace” in our Hearts!!
