In line at a retail store, where the line has grown to more than 10 customers behind us. As the associates call for reinforcement, Rich lovingly reminds me I only have three more days of retail lines/customers to deal with - and Ill never have to hear the demanding customers say I want to talk to a supervisor! (Not to mention what I have to listen to from employees). Thank you Lord for such perfect timing for the new job.
