In ludhiana challan cancelation case, where vehicle of a High Court Judge was challaned but subsequently, the challan was cancelled under pressure. This method of cancelation of challan is offence under various section of Ipc. This is obstruction in discharging duty of police officials and is also destroying and illegally touching the record. I want to file complaint against the concerned judge. I will be thankful if some one tells me the name of the High Court Judge, involved in this case.
