In my honest opinion, because I am not aiming for a fully sculpted body, dieting is all about having the right amount of nutrition for your type of body at the right time... When I signed up for this lifestyle, I wanted an easy and healthy life. Life shouldnt be so tough, otherwise Id rather be obese... From the vast variety of diets available and the results of bodybuilders that come along with them, it could safely be said that not all diets work for everyone and some work extremely well for certain body types... (Especially if u go through extreme measures) But my theory is simple. Dont eat unnecessarily and eat your lunch and dinner (20-50% carbs 50-70% protein and some fats). Most importantly it is to eat something simple before workout and massively your for post-workout meals. Thats one reason why some prisoners or detainees can remain fairly bulked. I basically eat two meals and a pre and post workout meal daily, otherwise I got no money sia... Plus got result can already lah... Hehe (Oh yeah and eating veggies helps... Too much protein can... U know... Sticky difficult toilet business...)
