In my industry, there are many companies with great products. Very often though, great products are never enough, the leaders and group culture sets the distinctions between mediocrity, good and greatness. Hedgehog concept + Technology accelerators, Culture + System. Today I am greatly blessed to be associated with a company, a culture, a team and leaders who lead themselves, with great being and mindset, so that others choose to follow them. I am greatly blessed my leaders are Level 5 leaders and that their love and stand is for everyone. Have you heard of the Happy Life Project? This project has taught me above everything else what it means to be human, something that I have forgotten while living in the midst of society, fear, and insecurities. Today, I achieve happiness by focusing, and only focusing on how to create happiness in the lives of other people. Today I no longer look to be somebody, instead I focus on my team, my people, so that they can be somebody for their family, somebody for their people and somebody in their lives. I can now be a nobody, or anybody, with people in my team who all are and will be somebody.
