In my other life as a product development chef I work for Blue Goose Pure Foods helping them develop their line up of further processed organic foods. My latest development is the Blue Goose Organic Lean Beef Burgers. These are 100% Pure Ca...nadian Organic Beef. 15% Fat keeps them lean and there is nothing added to these burgers. No salt, no pepper, no binder (breadcrumbs), no egg, no moisture enhancers, no nothing. 100% Organic, 100% Pure Beef made from prime cuts of organic beef. We use chuck roll, shoulder clod, sirloin and a few other cuts to make these delicious burgers. So we had our first production this past Monday and burgers are hitting Loblaw grocery stores this week, just in time for the May 2-4 long weekend. So if you are looking for the convenience of a frozen burger head to Loblaws and pick up a 6 pack of Blue Goose Organic Pure Beef Burgers. I fired up my grill last night and made some tasty burgers. I grilled and grill stoned grilled em up, added a little salt n pepper to season and finished em off with 2 year old cheddar, Dijon mustard, some caramelized onions, arugula and some grill fry chips. OH on a simple warmed bun they were delicious. Big note do not squish or press your burgers while grilling. Flip em once and only once and cook em through. They be tasty! Cheers! See More
